Orlando campus to hold commencement July 13

Columbia College-Orlando will recognize more than 250 graduates at
a commencement ceremony July 13 at 2
p.m. at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center.
Lana
Poole, executive director of Marketing at Columbia College, will address graduates, and Dr. Eric Cunningham, associate
dean for Adult Higher Education, will provide remarks and confer degrees. William
Wright ’09 will provide the alumni charge.
"The road to higher education is
not easy, and commencement is a fantastic opportunity for our students and
their families to celebrate this milestone,” said Cunningham. “We are pleased
to honor our students’ achievements."
Columbia College-Orlando was established
in 1975 as part of the Navy Campus of the Naval Training Center. Today, it
continues to provide a unique educational opportunity to working adults through
its degree
offerings and eight-week
course format, and serves civilian and military adult learners in the
Orlando area.
