AP uses Columbia College as model in fixed-rate tuition story

fixed-rate tuition programs around the country and used Columbia College as an
example. The article talked about the benefits of fixed-rate tuition and
mentioned that Columbia College guarantees the price for five years, not four
like most institutions that offer the program.
