Thirty new nurses introduced at traditional pinning ceremony

Columbia College pinned 30 new nurses at the pining ceremony on Dec. 14. Cody Murphy, the class president and winner of the clinical excellence award, will work as a registered nurse in the ICU at Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital. He spent six years in the Army. The story also quotes Linda Claycomb, the nursing program director, and Dr. Terry Smith, interim president.
