San Luis Obispo alumnus wins UFC Fight for the Troops event

Tim Kennedy, a Columbia College-San Luis Obispo alumnus, was the winning fighter in the Nov. 7 UFC Fight for the Troops event. Kennedy, a U.S. Army Green Beret and nationally known MMA fighter, won in the first round against Rafael Natal in front of a crowd of active-duty service members.
