The future of higher education

Oct. 25, 2013 -- Dr. Allison Friederichs, director of Columbia College-Denver, participated in a panel discussion about the future of higher education on Thursday, Oct. 24. The well-rounded panel consisted of the following experts: 

  • Sandra Hayes, Dean of Professional Studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver
  • Deborah Keyek-Franssen, Associate Vice President for Digital Education and Engagement at University of Colorado
  • Greta Gloven, Vice President of Marketing Communications at Iliff School of Theology
  • Allison Friederichs, director at Columbia College-Denver

The panel was sponsored by the South Metro Denver Chamber and moderated by Lisa Meyerdierks with ITT Tech as part of the Higher Education Business Seminar. The panel was fairly conversational. Friederichs discussed how the college stands out, and what kinds of ideas are coming in the future.
