Fort Leonard Wood campus teams with American Red Cross for blood drive

The Fort Leonard Wood Campus helped support the American Red Cross Sept. 10 by sponsoring a blood drive at the Truman Education Center. From 2-7 p.m. the Springfield-area American Red Cross collected blood donations. They had a goal of 24 units and were able to collect 19 total units, giving them a collection rate of 79%. The Fort Leonard Wood Campus would like to thank the members of the American Red Cross, along with everyone who stopped by to donate. If you would like more information about how to can donate or get involved with the American Red Cross, please visit www.redcrossblood.org.
