Hopefully you saw the announcement in CougarTrack last week that Col. Mike Randerson, vice president for the Division of Adult Higher Education, will be retiring in February after nearly 18 years leading the division. The Divsion of Adult Higher Education is responsible for the creation and management of the college's Evening, Online and 34 Nationwide campuses, serving more than 31,000 students just like you each year. The division celebrated its 40th anniversary last week.

Randerson spoke to local media about his retirement plans, as well as the importance of the college's mission to educate working adults. Dr. Gary Massey, dean for AHE, will take an interim role after Randerson leaves at the end of January.
