Condolences for longtime faculty member

The Evening Campus is saddened to announce that one of its
retired adjunct faculty members, John “Jack” Bruce Barnhouse, passed away July
12. He was a dedicated member of the Columbia College community, teaching
English literature and composition. The recipient of the 2004 Students' Choice Evening Campus Faculty Award, students have benefitted from 30 years of
his guidance at the college. The college community sends its sympathies to his
