Columbia College was pleased to have cross-country Olympic medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee speak at the 16th annual Women's Intersport Network (WIN) for Columbia awards luncheon held at the Southwell Complex on Feb. 5. She gave the keynote address at the luncheon, which celebrates Columbia's outstanding female athletes. She met with Columbia College's inaugural cross country and track teams, and handed out awards to promiment area athletes, including Columbia College volleyball coach Melinda Wrye-Washington and Columbia College senior volleyball setter Paula Ferreira.
