Columbia College-Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station announces scholarship

Columbia College-Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station is pleased to announce the establishment of the NWS Charleston Scholarship Fund. Two qualifying students will receive $250 each to put toward the cost of academic fees.

To apply for this annual scholarship, you must be a full-time, degree seeking student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Applicants should submit an essay stating the reason you think you deserve this award, and how it will affect your academic life and future career endeavors. Once you have completed the proper paperwork, submit it to the campus office. Two faculty members will select the winners. 

The deadline for this scholarship is March 9, 2012. Any questions can be answered by the campus staff. Good luck!
