Mayoral proclamation names Sept. 15, 2011, "Columbia College Day" in Jefferson City, Mo.

Director Becky Gordon-Bocklage from Columbia College-Jefferson City accepted a mayoral proclamation naming Sept. 15, 2011, “Columbia College Day” in Jefferson City, Mo. The proclamation supported the State of the College address and the announcement of the new Columbia College brand, which took place on Sept. 15 at the main campus in Columbia, Mo. Gordon-Bocklage accepted the proclamation at a city council meeting held Sept. 19 in Jefferson City. “On behalf of Columbia College and especially on behalf of the local Jefferson City campus, we appreciate the support we get from Jefferson City and are very proud to be a part of this community,” she said.
