Columbia College–Whidbey Island celebrates 10 years of educating northeast Washington

Columbia College–Whidbey Island celebrated 10 years of educational excellence on Aug. 4 at the Chief Petty Officer’s Club, NAS Whidbey Island, in Oak Harbor, Wash.
