Career Services Center adds NACElink to its list of offerings

Grossnickle Career Services Center will soon implement NACElink, a national recruiting network that serves the needs of colleges and its students through a suite of career services.

For students and alumni nationwide, NACElink will provide an assortment of job-hunting tools. An extended job search, thanks to a partnership with DirectEmployers, allows students to search thousands of job postings, including ones specifically targeted to Columbia College students. In addition, students can receive automatic notifications when new job postings meet their individual preferences. NACElink also helps job hunters create and store résumés, cover letters and other professional documents. When it comes to acing the interview, students can practice online using video streaming. Other network features include the option to research potential employers and connect with professionals and alumni already working in the students’ preferred fields.

For the Grossnickle Career Services Center, NACElink will provide access to the largest career center user community. The NACElink product management and support teams include former career counselors who understand that organization is a key component of effective career advising. Managing career counseling appointments, applications, interviews, résumés, referrals and more are easy to use with NACElink’s single, integrated record-keeping system. The network also provides tools that help schools develop close ties with top employers and recruiters, which helps build better opportunities for students and alumni.

Benefitting both students and alumni, NACElink will provide yet another valuable resource to Columbia College’s Grossnickle Career Services Center. Please visit the Career Services Web site at for more information. The resource will be available beginning in early December.
